Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Decommissioning Portfolio Manager to shape and lead offshore decommissioning and asset retirement programs. You will engage with clients at executive levels, secure opportunities, and oversee major offshore decommissioning projects to deliver safe, sustainable outcomes.

You’ll develop market strategies, drive growth across offshore oil & gas, late-life asset management, well abandonment and subsea retirement, and collaborate with regulators and partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Significant experience in offshore energy, decommissioning or major projects.
• Experience in IPMT, Owner's Engineer, PMC, EPCM or multi-contractor delivery models.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of commercial, contractual and governance principles.
• Proven track record delivering major offshore decommissioning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of offshore decommissioning and asset retirement strategies.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor on decommissioning strategy, planning and execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with operators, regulators and industry partners to develop safe decommissioning solutions.
• Prepare bids, proposals and commercial submissions for new opportunities.
• Guide IPMT, Owner's Engineer, PMC and EPCM delivery environments.
