Job summary

EnerMech, a specialist service company, seeks a Crane Maintenance Supervisor to join its Lifting Solutions business line offshore on a 3/3 rotation. You will perform first line maintenance and ensure crane integrity per legislation and manufacturer recommendations.

The role requires offshore supervisory/mechanical experience, survival, MIST, valid medical, NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Certificate or recognised apprenticeship, and preferred crane offshore experience.

Qualifications

• Offshore supervisory or team-lead mechanical experience with survival, MIST and a valid medical.
• NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Certificate or recognised apprenticeship.
• Experience with cranes offshore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crane availability to client specifications.
• Plan and carry out maintenance routines; organise spares and resources.
• Manage personnel and resources to complete work safely and on time.
• Carry out maintenance repairs to offshore cranes per SSOW and standards.
• Act as EnerMech responsible person for quality of work.
