Job summary

Holt Engineering Ltd in Poole is seeking an experienced Offline Programmer to develop offline CNC programmes for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines. You will support production, improve processes and contribute to quality and efficiency across manufacturing.

The role requires CNC programming expertise, CAD/CAM proficiency (Fusion 360 preferred), and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing. Excellent collaborative skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Offline Programmer.
• Background in CNC milling and turning.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, ideally Fusion 360 or similar.
• Knowledge of multi-axis machining and tooling strategies.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Salary: £44,800–£49,800 per year
