Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a precision engineering team in Lymington, Hampshire.

You will create offline programs from customer drawings and 3D models, and you’ll program multi-axis machining centres (3, 4 and 5-axis) using Mazak Integrex and other controls. The role offers development into management, a competitive package with bonuses, and clear progression within a renowned manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision engineering CNC programming.
• Ability to program and prove complex multi-axis components.
• CAD/CAM programming experience.
• Understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Create offline CNC programs from drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Program, set and prove components on 3,4 and 5-axis machines.
• Develop manufacturing process plans, routings, tooling and setup documentation.
• Design fixtures and produce supporting 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Improve existing programs to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
