Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Product Owner for office technology, leading the roadmap for meeting rooms, room booking, print, and signage. You will ensure a modern, consistent in-office tech experience and govern vendor performance under SLAs.

You will collaborate with facilities and agencies, manage hardware lifecycles, and prioritise improvements while maintaining security and cost controls. Hybrid working model with flexible arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the roadmap, standards and backlog for meeting rooms, room booking, print and signage.
• Drive a consistent, reliable and modern in-office technology experience.
• Govern Kyndryl and AV/vendor operations and approve change.
• Manage hardware standards, lifecycle and refresh.
• Partner with facilities and agencies on room and workplace technology.
• Prioritise demand and continuous improvement.
• Define the service outcomes, standards and SLAs that Kyndryl and other partners deliver against.
• Govern Kyndryl performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain WPP accountability for the service.
• Own the service roadmap and approve partner-delivered change before it reaches production.

What you’ll need:

• Product / service ownership for meeting-room and office technology.
• Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV, signage, print and room-booking platforms.
• Hardware lifecycle and standards management.
• Vendor governance and SLA management.
• Backlog and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable product or service ownership experience for the relevant technology.
• Experience governing third-party / managed-service delivery against SLAs.
• Relevant certifications and/or degree, or equivalent experience.
• Owns the product/service vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog.
• Balances user experience, security, cost and operational stability in every decision.
• Holds delivery partners to account against agreed outcomes and SLAs.
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Uses data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
