Our client is a globally respected manufacturer of specialist masts, antennas, and RF communication systems. With over six decades of experience and facilities in both the UK and US, we provide mission-critical communications equipment for sectors including defence, emergency services, and broadcast.

To support further growth, we seek a highly organized, commercially minded Office Administrator with a focus on sales support to join their team in Chandlers Ford. The role ensures smooth commercial operations, supporting the full sales cycle from quotations to customer communication.

This position offers a clear path to progress into sales or account management roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate customer quotations aligned with targets
  • Support sales materials and documentation development
  • Process and track sales orders accurately
  • Maintain CRM and customer records
  • Coordinate with procurement, design, and production teams
  • Assist with contracts, price lists, and portals
  • Follow up on expiring quotes to maximize conversions
  • Generate and analyze sales data for performance tracking
Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Commercial awareness and margin calculation skills
  • Experience in customer-facing or sales support roles
  • Organized with attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Syspro preferred)
  • Background in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of sales cycles and quotations (desirable)
