We’re seeking a joyful and confident Office Operations Manager who thrives on getting things done behind the scenes and keeping operations humming. You will have a great energy; knowing just when to dial it up and when to be calm and supportive.
Location: Battersea (Tue/Wed/Thur in the office, 8.30 - 5.30pm)
Type: Part time, 3 days a week, Permanent

What You’ll Do
- Own the smooth running of our office
- Manage ISO 27001 compliance and lead audit readiness
- Support digital workflows (social media scheduling, light content editing)
- Help roll out new tools (including AI) with training & documentation
- Provide organised support to Directors and internal teams
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years in office or operations management
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- Based in or near London – this is not a remote role
- Comfortable with systems, documentation and digital platforms
