We’re seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to oversee our London workspace and lead core global finance processes. You’ll be the daily engine of the London team—ensuring operations run smoothly, finances are accurate, and leadership is well supported.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and pays attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Own all operational aspects of our London office
- Manage relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure the office is compliant, safe, and optimized for productivity
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and general upkeep
Finance & Payroll Administration
- Handle billing, invoicing, credit control, and expenses processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities, including transaction entry and bank reconciliations
- Track and report sales commissions across teams
- Administer payroll globally in coordination with external providers and internal teams
- Reconcile budgets and assist with monthly financial reporting and audits
- Act as the liaison between the London office and the US-based finance team
Executive & Operational Support
- Support global operations across various teams and time zones
- Provide executive assistance to senior leaders
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and occasional events
- Support onboarding and offboarding of new hires
- Communicate with stakeholders across offices and time zones
About You
- At least 3 years of experience in office management, finance operations, or facilities roles
- Strong understanding of payroll, commissions, billing, and budget tracking
- Experience with bookkeeping tasks such as transaction entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks or Xero
- Experience working with or for a US-based company is highly preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership navigation skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust hours for a global team
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to work in-office 5 days a week
