As the Office Manager / Receptionist, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. You'll greet visitors with a warm smile, answer phone calls with professionalism, and manage inquiries with efficiency. From organizing supplies and maintaining a clean workspace to coordinating schedules and preparing documents, you'll be the backbone of our office operations.
