JJ Rhatigan & Company in London is seeking an experienced Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our London office. You will handle office operations, facilities, administration and coordination across the UK business, reporting to the UK Managing Director and collaborating with marketing and bid teams.
The role requires someone proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and systems, liaise with suppliers, and support leadership, project teams and HR/IT
JJ Rhatigan is a leading main contractor with over 70 years’ experience delivering high-quality, sustainable construction projects across Ireland and the UK. As a family-founded business, we have built a reputation for excellence in health and safety, quality of finish and overall project delivery. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use developments, combining technical expertise with a collaborative and integrity-led approach. Our UK business continues to grow, supported by a strong pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships.
We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Office Manager to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of our London office. This is a varied, hands‑on role covering office operations, facilities, administration and coordination across the UK business.
The Office Manager will have a dotted reporting line to the UK Managing Director, work closely with our marketing and bid team, and provide support to the wider leadership and project teams.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a busy office environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring tasks are followed through. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, maintaining accurate records and systems, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, and identifying practical ways to keep the office running effectively. This role requires someone who has previously taken ownership of office operations rather than solely providing reception or general administrative support.
