Job description

Office Manager - £17/hr

Join our dynamic London-based team as an Office Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office during a period of exciting change. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to get a front-row seat into office operations at a global tech company with a modern, collaborative environment.

The new hire will support day-to-day office operations during a critical transition, including a new office opening, while working alongside the Senior Office Manager.

Highlights:

  • Pay of £17 per hour
  • Hybrid work setup – 3 days on-site per week
  • Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory lists
  • Provide onsite facilities and maintenance support during events and offsites
  • Manage ad-hoc employee mailing and shipping requests via UPS, couriers, or Royal Mail
  • Assist visitors and support reception duties
  • Create landlord badges for employees visiting from other offices during offsites

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of office management experience (coordinator and administrative)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience being involved in a large office move is a plus
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and comfortable using Slack
