We are looking for an organized and energetic Manager & Officer, Employee Experience on a FTC basis to support our most important resource - our people! The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the overall employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that every touchpoint fosters a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. The Manager & Officer of Employee Experience will play a critical role in shaping our global company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workforce feels valued and motivated.

This is an on-site position, reporting directly to our Team Leader, Global Employee Experience, requiring 4+ days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:
In-Person Experience – Event Planning, Office & Logistics
  • Oversee facilities management, including building management systems.
  • Manage in-person experiences at our London office.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and training.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure a comfortable work environment for remote employees needing a physical workspace.
  • Maintain records for health, safety, and security.
Onboarding and Orientation
  • Develop and execute onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture and policies.
  • Create engaging experiences to promote community and teamwork.
Off-boarding
  • Assist with transition communications and processes.
  • Monitor feedback trends to support strategic talent planning.
Recognition and Rewards
  • Implement employee recognition programs.
  • Manage rewards systems to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback and concerns.
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Organize engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and social events.
  • Develop strategies to improve retention.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Communication & Feedback
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR and/or office management.
  • Customer service or talent management experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with DE&I principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
