Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pewsey for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. The role involves managing daily office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, handling office equipment, providing customer service, and ensuring efficient office administration. Responsibilities also include bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and supporting senior management with reports and documentation.

Qualifications
  • AAT Level 2 minimum; Level 3 desired
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Experience handling office equipment and related technology
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with Xero

Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000
