Wheatfield Primary School is seeking to recruit a full-time Office Manager to join our hardworking school team.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to lead our office team. If you are confident, friendly, flexible, and eager to make a positive impact on our students' outcomes, this role could be perfect for you.
The successful candidate will be hardworking and motivated, ensuring efficient administrative systems that provide high-quality service to our school community and meet deadlines. This busy, varied role requires a pleasant, welcoming demeanor and the ability to stay calm and adaptable in unexpected situations.
Competence with Microsoft, Google, and the ability to learn new systems are essential. The candidate should handle confidential information professionally, communicate effectively, and ideally have experience in a busy school office. You will also serve as a friendly point of contact for parents and visitors, addressing queries efficiently.

Our cluster includes four primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director: Wheatfield Primary, Windmill Primary, Floreat Montague Park, and Frogmore Junior School. Our generous employment package includes:
Contract: 8:15 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:15 am - 3:45 pm Friday (36 hours/week), term time + 2 weeks (total 41 weeks/year)
