There is a strong emphasis on developing colleagues, maintaining high standards of client service and ensuring Financial Planners receive the technical and administrative support they need.
Alongside day-to-day management responsibilities, the role includes overseeing HR matters, supporting recruitment and staff development, and helping to improve internal processes. The successful individual will also be involved in operational and technology projects, including reviewing systems, introducing efficiencies and exploring how new technology can improve the way the business works.
This may appeal to an experienced Office Manager, Operations Manager or senior individual from a financial planning business who enjoys combining people management with operational improvement. Previous experience managing teams within an IFA or wealth management environment would be particularly beneficial, together with an understanding of the financial planning process.
