St Felix Catholic Primary School is seeking an Office Manager in Haverhill. This permanent role is 19 hours per week term time (38 weeks) plus 2 PD Days and an extra week (39.4 weeks a year), with hours 8:00–12:00 on Mon and 8:00–16:00 on Wed/ Fri.
The post involves office, premises, HR admin and health and safety management, and clerking governor meetings in the evenings twice a term. Experience in school administration, strong IT skills and the ability to lead a team are essential;

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, efficient and pro-active candidate to manage our busy and supportive office.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the office, premises, HR admin and health and safety, as well as completing administrative duties to support the leadership team. Part of your role will also include clerking governor meetings held in the evenings twice a term.
The post holder will have experience of working in an office, ideally in a school, plus experience of managing a busy team. They will have excellent communication and IT skills. The ability to multi-task and to build positive relationships with all parents, children, and staff is essential. Experience in safeguarding is desirable.
