Are you an experienced Senior Administrator who is looking for a career move to become an Office Manager? If so, then we would welcome your application.
This Office Manager role will cover the of running of the administration staff and support managers within the wider hospital management team in fulfilling their role in discharging our Adult Social Care duties. There will be an expectation that you will attend internal and external meetings which may include the public, discussions may be of a sensitive nature so your resilience and diplomacy in these situations will be advantageous.
In addition to this, you will also support with the collation of data and information that you will need to provide and present at management meetings. We will develop you in this role to act as our client system champion in respect of administration and you will play a key part in addressing and reducing data quality errors in the service area, learning from lessons and introducing key processes as part of continuous improvement. You will need to be flexible to cover the varied and demanding workloads.
You will receive regular supervision, and you will be provided with a comprehensive induction plan and able to access a range of internal training that would support your personal and professional development.

- Have experience of managing/supervising staff
