The project!

As an Office Maintenance Specialist, your role will be to assist the People Services Team in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate offices and showrooms, with a focus on maintenance.

What will the role entail?

• Perform routine checks and minor repairs in both corporate sites.
• Coordinate contractor visits and oversee repairs, maintaining the UK repairs log.
• Serve as the point of contact for contractors and key-holders.
• Manage the delivery area in our main building, including daily box movements.
• Order materials for repairs, office supplies, and canteen essentials.
• Coordinate item movements between our warehouse team and the stores/offices.
• Act as an errand runner between the two sites.
• Provide administrative support to the UK People Services Team.
