Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager in Warrington, North West (covering Liverpool, Manchester, Leigh, Wigan, Runcorn, Chester, Bolton and surrounding areas) to lead commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.

You will take ownership from set-up through to completion, manage subcontractors, and travel nationally with a predominantly North West base. Monday to Friday with a clear path to progression and secure, varied work on prestige sites.

Qualifications

• Commercial office fit-out/refurbishment experience required.
• Located within North West region.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial office fit-out projects.

• Predominantly North West-based with national travel.
