We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in London.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Office Coordinator will involve:

  • Follow up with prospective candidates on a weekly basis
  • Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and materials
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped
  • Occasional travel to assist commercial events in the UK & Ireland region (fairs, informative face-to-face sessions, alumni gatherings)
  • Manage expenses and invoices with providers and the company’s accounting department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate parties
  • Craft persuasive and engaging commercial texts for various marketing materials
  • Other administrative/commercial tasks requested by the Regional Team
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is fundamental. Other languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in an international, multilingual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • We are a fast-paced organization that insists on excellence, therefore, attention to detail is fundamental
  • Candidates must be UK citizens or possess a valid UK work permit
