Business Support Coordinators provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales teams, including preparing reports, allocating leads, maintaining operational procedures, managing data within the CRM system, and setting up new clients. This role involves allocating over 500 leads per month, processing more than 300 contracts, supporting the Business Support mailbox, and ensuring all tasks meet SLA standards. You will also support sales enablement and produce daily and weekly reports with trend analysis and MI data for senior management.
