Job summary

ICE – Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking an Office Cleaner for our Totton office. This 15-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday 07:00–10:00, 100% office based, in the Fleet and Property Department.

You will maintain floors, desks, kitchen and toilets, stock consumables, and operate safe cleaning equipment including co-bots. We offer benefits and a structured induction, with training provided for autonomous cleaning tech.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of all floors, including communal areas.
• Cleaning of desks and office equipment.
• Upkeep of coffee machine.
• Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, and kitchen facilities.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning products.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use.
• General use of cleaning co-bots and industrial cleaning equipment.

This is a permanent part-time role (15 hours a week), working Monday-Friday 07:00 am-10:00am within our Fleet and Property Department.

What part will you play?

A vital one! As an Office Cleaner, you will be taking ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our office using our state-of-the-art and innovative cleaning equipment.

Your responsibilities will be;

You will spend time learning about how our different teams play their part to make ICE the success it is and spend time with everyone and even get to go out on the road with our drivers.

• Experience in using autonomous cleaning equipment is desirable but training will be provided.
