Job summary

ICE – Industrial Cleaning Equipment in Totton is seeking an Office Cleaner for a part-time 15-hour per week role, Monday to Friday 07:00–10:00, within the Fleet and Property Department. You will maintain the cleanliness of the office using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is required; experience with autonomous cleaning equipment is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of all floors, including communal areas.
• Cleaning of desks and office equipment.
• Upkeep of coffee machine.
• Empty waste and recycling bins; dispose of rubbish.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms and kitchen facilities.
• Replenish consumables (soap, toilet paper, towels, cleaning products).
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored after use.
• General use of cleaning co-bots and industrial cleaning equipment.

This is a permanent part-time role (15 hours a week), working Monday-Friday 07:00 am-10:00am within our Fleet and Property Department.

What part will you play?

A vital one! As an Office Cleaner, you will be taking ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our office using our state-of-the-art and innovative cleaning equipment.

Your responsibilities will be;

• Upkeep of all floors, including communal area.

• Upkeep of coffee machine
• Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, and kitchen facilities.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning products.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use.
• General use of cleaning co-bots and industrial cleaning equipment, which will enhance your cleaning duties
