Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer transitioning to an office-based Junior Technical Manager role. You will provide technical guidance to field engineers, ensure Gas Safe and GIUSP compliance, and support triage with the helpdesk.

Ideal candidates will have ACS qualifications, time-served gas experience, and a clear path toward technical management. The position offers comprehensive training, progression, and a competitive package in a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• Active or recently held ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications.
• Time-served domestic gas service, breakdown, or installation experience.
• Desire to progress into technical management or compliance roles.
• Strong communication via phone and emails; comfortable with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as office-based technical point of contact for field engineers.
• Review gas safety records and compliance documents for standards.
• Coordinate triage of technical job callouts with helpdesk.
• Mentor junior engineers and apprentices.
• Liaise with housing associations, estate managers, and clients.
