Job summary

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Scheduler to join a busy team in Maidstone. The role is full-time, office-based, and temporary to permanent, paying £15.81 per hour PAYE.

You will coordinate scheduling of repairs and maintenance works and liaise with residents and operatives to ensure efficient job allocation. The ideal candidate has experience in repairs or maintenance scheduling, strong organisational skills, and good IT/admin capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance jobs.
• Allocate jobs to operatives based on availability.
• Arrange appointments with residents/customers.
• Monitor schedules and make changes as required.
• Prioritise urgent and routine repair requests.
• Liaise with operatives, residents and internal teams.
• Keep repair and appointment information up to date.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and follow up.
