Qualifications

• Experience as a Scheduler, Repairs Planner, Resource Scheduler, Works Planner, or similar role.
• Experience scheduling repairs or maintenance works.
• Experience within Housing Repairs, Property Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Responsive Repairs environments.
• Experience delivering a front-line customer-focused service.
• Experience working within a housing management or maintenance environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong IT and database management skills.
• Experience working closely with tenants, residents, or customers.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate responsive repair and maintenance appointments.
• Coordinate work diaries and operative workloads.
• Ensure repairs are assigned efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Liaise with residents, operatives, contractors, and supervisors.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Monitor job progress and update scheduling systems accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on repair appointments.
• Support the delivery of key performance targets and service standards.
• Work closely with repairs and maintenance teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts, delays, and operational issues where required.
• Ensure all systems and databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
