Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited seeks a Contracts Manager (Building Fabric) to take full ownership of a social housing repairs contract from an office in Newry. You will lead delivery of fabric repairs and oversee the commercial side, including monthly P&L statements, with monthly travel to Belfast.

The role suits an experienced Contracts/Facilities Manager with building fabric maintenance background and willingness to commute to Newry for the office-based position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing fabric maintenance and social housing contracts.
• Experience overseeing repairs across plumbing, roofing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of responsive repairs for social housing properties.
• Schedule labour and produce monthly P&L statements for the contract.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Visit Belfast monthly to meet with clients as required.
