TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking a skilled 3D Animator / Motion Designer for a freelance role in North Nottinghamshire (office-based). The position offers a potential permanent opportunity after a successful freelance period.

You'll work full-time from the studio, delivering high-quality 2D and 3D animation for major brand campaigns, collaborating with the production team, and taking ownership from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional animation or motion design experience.
• Strong portfolio or showreel.
• Excellent eye for composition, colour, movement and storytelling.
• Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive.
• Office-based in North Nottinghamshire.
• Available to work freelance with potential permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts through to final delivery.
• Work collaboratively within an office-based studio environment.
• Manage multiple projects and demanding deadlines.
• Interpret client feedback and turn it into effective creative solutions.
• Take ownership of ongoing campaign work.
• Present ideas and contribute to creative development.
• Help improve production workflows and processes.
