Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Freelance Content Project Manager to join a hybrid team delivering campaigns and digital content for major UK clients. This hands-on, client-facing role covers from brief through production to final delivery.

You will coordinate clients, creative teams, studio and production, keeping multiple projects on track, on time and on budget while upholding high quality standards and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative/digital/production agency environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with fast-paced retail brands is a plus.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/CMS systems and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital content projects and campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Own project timelines, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Brief and coordinate creative, studio and production teams.
• Manage content schedules and liaise with internal scheduling teams.
• Build strong day-to-day client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Attend client briefing and review meetings.
• Track projects and activity across CRM and CMS systems.
• Identify potential issues and resolve problems before they impact delivery.
• Balance deadlines, budgets and quality across competing projects.
• Support project scoping, estimating and commercial management.
• Help improve production processes and workflows.
