Turnerfox Recruitment Ltd in North Nottinghamshire is seeking an experienced 3D Animator / Motion Designer for a freelance contract with potential to go permanent. You’ll create high-quality 2D and 3D animation for major brand campaigns, work in a studio-style office, manage multiple projects and respond to client feedback. This full-time, office-based role offers ownership from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional animation or motion design experience.
• Excellent eye for composition, colour, movement and storytelling.
• Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics
• Develop creative concepts through to final delivery
• Work collaboratively within an office-based studio environment
• Manage multiple projects and demanding deadlines
• Interpret client feedback and turn it into effective creative solutions
• Take ownership of ongoing campaign work
• Present ideas and contribute to creative development
• Help improve production workflows and processes
