Key Responsibilities

  1. Photography: Arrange appointments with tenants, landlords, and vendors to attend properties and take photos, videos, and floorplans in various settings.
  2. Tenancy coordination: Assist in drawing up documents, conduct background checks on applicants, book pre-tenancy works, and perform right-to-rent checks.
  3. Supporting the wider team: Keep the database up to date, release keys to contractors, manage the key log, meet and greet clients, handle phone calls and correspondence, and assist with admin requests.
  4. Office management: Ensure office supplies are stocked, maintain filing systems, and refresh window displays regularly.
  5. Marketing support: Assist with marketing campaigns, including letter drops, online marketing, and video recording.

Founded in 2003, our company has grown to be one of the most recognisable agents in central London, operating in areas including Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, Marylebone, and Hyde Park. We pride ourselves on an honest and knowledgeable approach to property, working with influential property owners across the West End.
