Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to support our growing childcare business across the UK. This role involves working directly with Directors, Management, and the Office Administrator to handle administrative duties and assist in daily operations.

Daily Tasks Will Include
  • Promptly responding to customer service inquiries, managing bookings and payments, HR duties, setting up for upcoming holiday camps, and supporting daily operations.

Essential Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Punctuality, reliability, and commitment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in office management or as a PA
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent grammar skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in HR
  • Experience working with children
  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers via email and phone
  • Supporting Directors in daily operations
  • Handling HR duties
  • Managing the online booking system
  • Maintaining regular communication with Directors and staff
  • Understanding and empathizing with the needs of children in our care
  • Being committed and passionate about your role
Working Hours
  • Term Time: 27.5 hours/week (Wednesday to Friday)
  • School Holiday Periods: 50 hours/week, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
