VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Administrator for a major company that specialises in Gas.

Position Details

Full-time position - Monday - Friday - 2 days in Ormeau Road office, and 3 days at Home

Initially this role is a 12-month contract

Salary: Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package

Responsibilities
  • Managing the administration of internal and external meetings with a high level of stakeholder management
  • Collating and issuing meeting documentation, minute taking, follow-up, and action management
  • Supporting the Market Development team with code modification administration, including managing dates, booking venues, and updating publications for circulation
  • Administering the website with timely and accurate updates, and managing social media engagement
  • Managing the administration of the NI Improvement Register, including arranging meetings and ensuring action progression
  • Overseeing internal procedures, version control, and the competency matrix for critical tasks
  • Managing the audit schedule for internal procedures
  • Providing support for monthly market operations, including billing, user management for IT systems, and contact management
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a similar role
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administration environment
  • Proactive, positive approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
