HOURS OF WORK Monday - Friday, Full Time (Working Hours TBC)

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual to join our team to support essential administrative functions in the business. This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain real-world experience in a busy office whilst working towards a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification.

Job Description

  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally
  • Monitoring emails and ensuring prompt responses to routine enquiries
  • Data entry, document filing, and updating company systems and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with maintenance of document control and record keeping
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
  • Monitoring and replenishing of stationery and other general office supplies
  • Incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Handle outgoing mail
  • Maintaining tidiness of the overall office environment
  • Such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident with basic IT systems (Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook)
  • Enthusiasm for learning with good attitude
  • Ability to work within a team and use own initiative
  • Self-motivated
  • GCSEs in Maths and English
