An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator based in Clevedon, North Somerset, to join a growing Technology Business on a Part Time basis - 30 hours per week.

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of customer orders to agreed requirements
  • Working as a team and maintaining relationships with other departments
  • Administration for orders
  • Creating sales orders and raising invoices
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests and providing updates
  • Generating dispatch notes
  • General office admin tasks

The successful Office Administrator will:

  • Have 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Have a sales or customer service background
  • Be an effective communicator and team player
