A permanent full-time position at the Complementary Education Service in Liverpool, seeking an administrator to support schools in providing education for vulnerable pupils. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with a commitment to promoting inclusive practices.
The Complementary Education Service support schools in ensuring that they are meeting their responsibilities to provide a statutory entitlement for pupils who cannot attend due to illness or during a maternity leave.
In partnership with outside agencies, schools and families, we strive to raise levels of achievement for vulnerable groups to enable them to access education and achieve their full potential.
The Service has oversight of and provides support for home educating families. We also offer support and advice to schools in raising the achievement of Minority Ethnic, Traveller, Asylum Seeker and bilingual pupils.
This is a permanent position offering 36 hours per week term time only plus five additional days to be worked flexibly.
