We are recruiting an office administrator for our Gosport Office. This role will provide a high level of administrative duties to support the Gosport Office and the Board of Trustees. Part of this role will be to keep online social media platforms up to date collaborating with the other offices in Portsmouth and Havant ensuring that internal weekly/monthly communications are accurate and published on time. Responsible for procurement of office supplies, post and general administrative duties.
Liaising with other departments across the organization to ensure invoices and receipts are sent to finance, all HR documents are sent to HR, also ensuring that office budget for expenditures are balanced and working with finance when additional funds are required.
