Role: Offensive Security Specialist

Type: Permanent

Clearance: Eligible for SC

We collaborate with a leading security services provider establishing their Offensive Security team. The role involves hands-on work in Web App testing, Infrastructure testing, and Code Review, with opportunities to expand the service offerings and take on managerial responsibilities. It offers a unique blend of technical and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Offensive Security capability into a market-leading function
• Engage with clients for scoping, tool selection, and delivery of services
• Manage Vulnerability Assessments, Code Reviews, and Penetration Tests
• Potentially provide training overseas or assist clients in enhancing their security posture
• Collaborate across departments to identify and develop new services and products
• Deliver high-standard Application or Infrastructure penetration tests
• Work with clients to scope a range of services, including penetration testing and phishing
• Experience with Code Reviews to identify vulnerabilities is desirable
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in delivering training or mentoring is advantageous
• Relevant industry certifications such as CRT, CSTM, CCT, Offensive Security certifications are a plus
