Principal Offensive Security Consultant

Location: UK-Based | International Travel | Security Clearance Required

Green is hiring a Principal Consultant to launch and lead our Clients' Offensive Security capability.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new service within a fast-growing, agile cyber consultancy working with UK and international clients.

You will join a high-performing Threat Operations team, delivering advanced offensive security services such as penetration testing, phishing simulations, and code reviews, playing a key role in supporting clients' evolving needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation and delivery of offensive security services for clients
• Perform penetration testing, code reviews, phishing simulations, and assessments
• Travel internationally to support partner nations with cyber capability development
• Design and deliver bespoke training and mentoring programs
• Collaborate with the Threat Operations team to share insights and enhance cyber intelligence

What You Bring

• Expertise in advanced penetration testing (web & desktop applications), phishing, and code review
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to teach and adapt content for global, multicultural audiences
• Self-starter attitude—comfortable working independently or in teams, locally and abroad

Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience):

CCT INF/WEB | OSEP | OSWP | OSWE | GPEN | GWAPT

This role requires UK security clearance eligibility.
