Job summary

Sazerac UK is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director, Off-Trade Retail and E-commerce, to lead the development and execution of the UK sales and trade strategy. This role will be accountable for driving profitable growth, market share, distribution, and customer partnerships across grocery, convenience and e-commerce channels.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will own sales strategy, pricing, and promotions, manage a high‑performing team, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• Extensive experience in Customer Director / Sales Director roles within FMCG.
• Proven leadership to coach and inspire a high-performance team.
• Strong P&L ownership and track record delivering commercial results.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK sales and trade strategy for Off-Trade Retail and E-commerce.
• Lead and coach sales team to achieve volume, revenue and profit targets.
• Own executive relationships with key grocery customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
• Drive category growth and optimize listings, promotions and assortment.
