Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate (graduation no earlier than June 2026).
• Available to start from January 2027; graduation date no later than June 2027.
• CV must include expected graduation month/year and grades in PDF format.
• Applicant must complete the PJT Partners "Suited" online survey.

Responsibilities

• Work on sellsides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements and leveraged buyouts.
• Attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.
• Financial analysis and modeling.
• Drafting of client presentations and preparation of memoranda.
• Conducting financial and other business-related research; coordinating complex processes; assisting in transactions; client-facing involvement.
