Job summary

PJT Partners in London is offering a 5-month Off-Cycle Analyst internship (Jan 2027–May 2027) across the PJT Park Hill Private Capital Solutions Group. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time analyst return offer in July 2027 based on performance.

As a division of PJT Park Hill, the team focuses on fund restructurings, securitizations and private equity advisory, providing exposure to financial sponsor and institutional client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the development, marketing, structuring and closing of transactions while regularly attending client and internal meetings.
• Financial analysis and modelling.
• Drafting of client presentations.
• Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use.
• Conducting financial and other business related research.
• Assistance to complex and often time sensitive processes.
• Active involvement in client facing roles.
• Assistance in the execution of transactions.
