Job summary

PJT Partners is seeking Off-Cycle Analysts for a 5-month London programme from January 2027 to May 2027. Analysts will work across Strategic Advisory and Restructuring & Special Situations, with potential for a full-time return offer based on performance.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, modeling, and drafting client materials while gaining exposure to sellsides, acquisitions, and private placements in a global advisory setting.
