Job summary

Look Ahead is seeking a hardworking Waking Night Support Worker for our Mental Health Service located in Richmond. The role is on-site with a 37.5-hour work week and a salary of £29,003.97 per annum.

No prior experience is required; NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent is preferred. Night Support Workers help people in the community manage tenancy needs, stay safe at night, and support continuity of care, building supportive relationships and collaborating with the team to achieve plan goals.

• Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
