Qualifications

• Registered nurse or registered operating department practitioner.
• Experience or qualifications in anaesthetics.
• Experience of working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients across peri-operative, day surgery, theatre and PACU settings
• Support the Department Deputy Leads and Matrons in running an efficient, safe service
• Care for patients compassionately, with dignity and respect
• Work in satellite areas performing surgery and anaesthetics
• Cover general, orthopaedic, ENT, gynae, urology, breast and trauma/CEPOD lists
• Rotate to nights, weekends and out-of-hours work
