East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our team at Eastbourne District General Hospital in East Sussex. Applicants must have experience or qualifications in anaesthetics.

We perform a wide range of surgery and anaesthetics with rotation to nights, weekends and out of hours. We highly value compassionate care and strong interpersonal skills from our team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Operating Department Practitioner.
• Working towards Mentorship and CPD at degree level.
• Must have appropriate UK professional registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide peri-operative/Day Surgery/Theatre/PACU care and support.
• Lead the MDT in the absence of more senior staff.
• Deliver safe patient care with compassion and respect.
