Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, the Associate Manager drives the execution and optimisation of digital programmes to build engagement and brand advocacy among veterinary professionals.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage key digital workstreams (web, CRM, education, professional social media), translate strategy into impactful content and journeys and work closely with Professional Veterinary Affairs (PVA) to ensure scientific accuracy and professional relevance.
Digital ecosystem management: optimise and manage core digital platforms and tools, acting as a lead on specific digital ecosystem projects.
Education & webinars: support digital education programmes (such as webinars, virtual events, and online courses), coordinate with PVA and Marketing to ensure scientific and brand alignment.
CRM & marketing automation: lead on CRM, audience segmentation and engagement automation initiatives. Manage the professional database and ensure high-quality first-party data collection.
Professional social media: plan and execute professional social media activities in close collaboration with PVA.
Omnichannel integration: support initiatives that drive customer advocacy by linking offline interactions with seamless digital follow-up communications.
Analytics & reporting: use analytics to track customer engagement, optimize campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable reporting to management.
Solid digital marketing experience (web, CRM, eLearning, social media).
Ability to plan, develop, and adapt digital content and assets while maintaining high quality and brand compliance standards.
Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation and webinar/virtual event platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business, or a related field
3-4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles
Demonstrated experience managing websites, CRM, digital educational applications
Proven experience leading cross-functional digital projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English (written and oral)
B2B experience within a structured pharmaceutical, healthcare or pet care company
Prior experience collaborating directly with Veterinary Affairs, Medical Affairs or specialized B2B Field Sales teams
Experience with and understanding of the Profession as a recommendation and selling channel
Experience with 1P Data/CRM orchestration
Experience with professional social media strategy and execution
Strong tech-fluency and experience using AI-powered tools for content generation and media analytics
Able to communicate in one of the hub languages
