Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong first degree in a numerate, science, engineering, mathematics or computational discipline.
• Technical skills including Django, Python, and Linux administration.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support case studies using the ocean model NEMO.
• Improve and develop a data extraction website.
• Engage in ocean model outputs and publish results.

Skills

Knowledge of Django

Python usage in operational mode

Experience operating web applications in Linux

Experience with MySQL

Linux VM system administration

Development of web applications

Excellent communication skills

Education

Strong first degree in a numerate/technical discipline
