Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure Compass and Datastation Health & Safety systems are up to date
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements; NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications essential
• Prepare risk assessments and maintain a 95% compliance target
• Maintain risk assessments at each property and action plans in Datastation
• Complete quarterly checklists and upload to Datastation on time
• Inspect all properties at the specified frequency
• Mentor FM Apprentice and develop regional training plans
• Record utility consumption and update systems
• Maintain high site standards within budgets
• Visit clients quarterly and resolve issues
• Act as first point of contact for emergencies with Savills Helpdesk
• Evaluate contractor performance against contracts and address shortcomings
• Assist in preparing annual service charge budgets and draft notes
• Approve expenditure invoices and monitor spend
• Own all drafts on service charge reconciliations
• Monitor client expenditure and approvals via Proactis/Elogbooks
• Prepare contingency plans for attendance during holidays/training
• Coordinate information to Savills and clients
• Carry out annual appraisals for SMR site staff and 6-month reviews
• Manage site personnel with regular performance meetings
