NHS Jobs is seeking an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor to support Occupational Therapists in delivering planned interventions in hospital or community settings. You will assist with administrative tasks and, within your competence, may support equipment prescription and environmental checks, under direct supervision.

Working under the direction of licensed therapists, you will help carry out specific therapeutic interventions and ensure smooth delivery of services.

Responsibilities

• Working under the direction of Occupational Therapists to implement planned interventions within the hospitals or community settings.
• This role may include supporting basic environmental setup, equipment prescription within competence, or practice of specific therapeutic interventions under direct instruction of an Occupational Therapist.
• The post holder will assist therapists to carry out administrative duties associated with the delivery of services.
